Before you write

Most questions are answered faster in the FAQ. For subscription management (cancel, restore, refund), the Help Center has step-by-step instructions that don't require waiting on us.

When you write, include

  • The version of the app (Settings → About).
  • Your iPhone / iPad model and iOS version.
  • For purchase issues: the Apple ID order receipt (no full card numbers, just the receipt).
  • For bugs: a screenshot if possible and the steps you took.
